We ship worldwide from Bali, Indonesia. International orders are sent via tracked courier and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location.

Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight pouch when not wearing it. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and water. Gently polish with a soft cloth to restore shine. With proper care, your piece will last for years.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us first and we'll guide you through the process.
